The Daoben M8SII is the second generation of our high-efficiency, energy-saving injection molding machine series. It carries a stronger clamping structure, an optimized injection unit with reinforced key components, and a sync servo hydraulic system with digital closed-loop control. M8SII models cover a clamping force range from 900 kN to 17000 kN. Every model is built for faster cycle times, better precision, and lower energy consumption compared to conventional hydraulic machines of the same tonnage.

-Finite Element Optimized Toggle Structure

The M8SII clamping unit uses a middle-part reinforced design on both the clamping structure and the tie bars. After finite element analysis and optimization, the toggle mechanism moves smoothly and quickly at every stage of the mold-open and mold-close cycle.

The platen is built for high rigidity under full clamping load. So parting surfaces stay in even, full contact across the entire mold face.

T-slots are standard on the platen for quick mold mounting and removal. A hydraulic motor drives the automatic mold height adjustment device. It is stable, fast, and efficient

The screw and barrel assembly is redesigned for stronger plasticizing ability and better melt quality across different resin types.

-Reinforced Key Components to Reduce Fracture Risk

The injection piston rod, injection driving platen, and coupler are all reinforced compared to conventional designs. This significantly reduces the risk of piston rod fracture.

The M8SII hydraulic system uses a synchronous servo motor matched with a dedicated servo driver. Full digital closed-loop control manages pressure and flow in real time.

The M8SII is equipped with a high-performance injection molding machine controller. A large-format colour LCD display gives operators a clear, simple interface. Process parameters are easy to set, adjust, and monitor from the main screen.

The M8SII is not a minor revision. It is a full second-generation redesign. The clamping structure went through finite element analysis before a single part was changed.

Most manufacturers offer one injection unit per machine tonnage. The M8SII gives you up to four — A, B, C, and D sizes — on the same machine frame.

The sync servo motor with digital closed-loop control only draws power during active movement. At idle and during low-demand cycle phases, energy draw drops close to zero.

The M8SII meets GB2530 national safety standards as a base requirement — not as an add-on package. Safety relay, safety hydraulic valve, metal cover protection, thermal master switch protection, and five-hole plug protection are all standard.
