The fixed platen uses a centre-press structure with multiple ribbed reinforcements. They extend from the centre outward across the platen face.
As a result, the platen presses the mold reliably across the full surface. So centre deformation stays low even under full clamping load.
The moving platen uses a box-type centre-press design. This significantly boosts second platen rigidity.
Also, deformation drops by 10-15% compared to conventional platens. Therefore, product flash rates fall and tooling life increases.
The M7 ships with a 10.4-inch TFT true-colour touchscreen as standard. The interface stores up to 1000 sets of mold parameters.

The M7 hydraulic system is built around an electric IMM control platform. It uses 23-bit absolute encoder technology. Also, the system pairs with a high-response, low-inertia servo motor. As a result, precision improves by 15-20% over standard servo systems.
A high-precision closed-loop proportional valve controls every mold-open and mold-close action. So repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.1 mm.
