The SP6 clamping mechanism is fully reinforced. As a result, deformation drops by 15% and maximum stress falls by 10% over the previous generation.
So the entire clamping mechanism delivers a longer service life. Mold parting surfaces also stay in even, full contact under load.
Tie bars use high-grade alloy steel as the base material. They go through a strict heat treatment process before assembly.

The SP6 uses a double-cylinder balanced injection seat. Also, it pairs with low-resistance injection cylinders for clean flow.

The screw and barrel are tuned for packaging-industry resins. Moreover, a dedicated high-plasticising screw delivers consistent melt quality.
The main pump uses a low-inertia, low-energy single-cylinder structure. Therefore, parts come out 5–10% lighter than on standard machines.
The M8-SP6 ships with a 15-inch ultra-HD TFT touchscreen as standard. The interface stores up to 1000 sets of mold parameters.
Operators can also input and search mold info in their own language. So parameters that used to need page-flipping are now visualised on a single graphical screen.
The control platform uses high-precision digital communication. As a result, motion control frequency runs five times higher than standard systems.
Moreover, the injection pressure and position loop algorithms are optimised for high-load conditions. Therefore, pressure-speed-position control stays locked in even at top injection speeds.
A high-precision closed-loop proportional valve controls every mold-open and mold-close action. So repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.2 mm.
The hydraulic circuit is re-engineered to cut pressure losses. As a result, pressure loss drops by around 10% across the system.
The SP6 uses a dedicated low-inertia, high-response motor built for high-speed work. Therefore, response speed improves by around 20%. Moreover, thin-wall parts mold more easily and more consistently. So short-shot risk drops on tricky packaging geometries.

Smaller models like the M8-SP6-270 and M8-SP6-308 suit caps, closures, and small thin-wall containers. So fast-cycle packaging lines have a clear entry point.
Mid-range models from 350 to 480 tons fit larger thin-wall containers, IML parts, and PP household items. Therefore, packaging converters get plenty of room to scale.
The M8-SP6-550 and M8-SP6-650 cover heavier thin-wall containers and larger pail or pallet work. Also, they ship with high-flow drive setups to handle the bigger shot weights.
