The locking mechanism of our injection moulding machine is comprehensively optimized, with a central strong support two-plate structure, a high rigidity locking head plate, and a locking two-plate structure design to enhance the overall rigidity of the locking mechanism. The entire series is equipped with a T-shaped groove+code mold hole combination template, which not only facilitates the installation and removal of molds, but also improves the overall rigidity of the template.
New shooting platform structure upgrade:
1. Injection line rail structure: reduces movement friction resistance, captures injection accuracy, and improves plasticization efficiency
2. Double injection and transfer oil cylinder structure: reduces movement sequence friction resistance and facilitates maintenance and operation
3. Self-lubrication and cleaning of glue injection and transfer equipment: self-lubricating for over 8000 kilometers, reducing oil pollution to the workshop and environment
1. The design of the strong support structure at the center of the second board reduces template deformation and achieves an even distribution of locking force; Using lower clamping force can also reduce the deformation of the mold cavity size, improve the forming accuracy of the product, and save energy.
2. Structural optimization of locking head plate and locking tail plate, with increased rigidity and minimal shape change.
3. The unique design of the guide pillar unloading groove, guide pillar and guide pillar nut thread pitch diameter significantly reduces stress concentration, achieves zero failure of the guide pillar and guide pillar nut, and improves reliability.
4. Integrated injection support bracket: Adopting an integrated injection support bracket, the support point is moved forward, and the injection head plate is fixed to improve the stability of the injection part
New hydraulic oil circuit design: Optimize oil circuit flow design, reduce pressure loss, and be more energy-efficient: optimize hydraulic principles and valve plate pipeline flow channel design, reduce oil circuit pressure loss, and be more energy-efficient.
Low-friction oil seal: Reduce frictional heat and energy loss.
Further response: Spray glue and melt glue have high response speeds and a wider process range.
Standard CNC backpressure: Adopting CNC back pressure method for more convenient adjustment of adhesive back pressure.
Further power improvement: Increased power, strong power, and improved glue injection speed.
1. Fully upgrade the electronic control system and adopt the Mengl MS series controller;

3. Upgrade the screen to a 12-inch screen;
4. The control unit CPU adopts Cortex-A55, a 4-core/2GHz CPU, with a control cycle increased to 0.2 ms recording speed, fast response speed, and high control accuracy;

6. Support multiple sets of action pressure velocity curves (closing and opening the mold, firing, pressing, etc., but black requires special agents);
