1. Turn on the injection moulding machine’s computer: first of all, you need to turn on the plastic moulding machine’s computer interface and enter the electronic scale setting screen.
2. Set the zero position of the electronic scale: In the column related to the movable mould scale, set the ‘Function’ to ‘Use’, and set the length on the nameplate of the electronic scale at the position of ‘Total length’. Then, operate the china injection moulding machine so that the moving mould mechanism is completely and naturally straightened, take the zero point of the moving mould ruler in the setting screen of the electronic ruler, press the input key to make the ‘OFF’ change to ‘ON’, and then the measured value will be displayed as ‘0’. The measured value will be displayed as ‘0’, and the ‘0’ position of the new electronic scale will be set.
Optimize the holding pressure setting
1. Check the holding pressure setting: If the injection is stopped after a certain position without holding pressure, you can observe whether the end position of the injection glue deviates too much. If this does not happen, then the instability may be caused by the holding pressure.
2. Adjust the holding pressure setting: don’t change the holding pressure and time, and look at the data after producing a few more moulds. Generally speaking, as long as the process parameters are reasonable, the injection end position is still relatively stable.

Moulds and fittings may also cause the problem of unstable injection volume. Inadequate mould design or manufacturing precision, poor lubrication, loose fittings, etc. will affect the stability of injection volume. Recommended to use high-quality moulds and fittings. Carry out regular maintenance and repair, and check and clean the mould cavities and cooling waterways to ensure normal use.
4. Hydraulic system problems:
The hydraulic system of the china injection moulding machine may also affect the injection volume stability. In the hydraulic system, if the oil temperature or quality is unstable, or the oil pipeline is clogged, it will lead to fluctuation of system pressure and affect the stability of injection volume. It is recommended to check and replace the hydraulic oil regularly. And clean the oil pipeline to ensure the hydraulic system operates normally.
5. Circuit system problems:
